Blessed Carlo Acutis died from Leukemia at the age of 15 in 2006, and was beatified on October 10th, 2020. He is the first Millennial Saint, a computer programming contemporary to the students. He is now being called the Patron of the Internet. He was just a regular youth, someone to whom students can relate. After Carlo received his First Holy Communion, he developed a deep devotion to JESUS and the Blessed Mother. He daily attended Mass and prayed before JESUS' Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament before or after Mass. He often said, "JESUS is my great friend and the Eucharist is my highway to heaven."
The fire of the Holy Spirit inflamed the heart and soul of Belssed Carlo Acutis with God's consuming love that very first time he received the Eucharist. God desires to light fires in the hearts and souls of our children, in everyone, that all be on fire for JESUS in the Eucharist. God longs for us to know His love in a deeper initimate relationship with JESUS and become saints.
